    I'm 15 years old and I'm going to be 16 this year. I know it was too late to introduce myself but I have not jerked off to porn videos (didn't watch porn either) as well as not jerking off to anything in general for 15 days and now I'm on day 16. Still good luck to everyone who fights this toxic addiction

    For strategies, I think I should create distractions and look for healthier alternatives for fighting the PMO addictions
