Joining the fabstronaut army!

Hi all,

As most of you I'm struggling with porn addiction since the dawn of the internet. As young as 10 years old till the age of 24 I've been watching porn which took a great toll on my personal and social life. I feel depressed and tired all the time and my self-esteem dropped tremendously lately. Today, I've watched 'The Great Porn Experiment' from Gary Wilson which inspired me to join the fapstronauts (what a great name!) for at least 90 days of no porn.

The porn addiction is not the same as it was before. In the last few years has my appetite of extreme porn accelerated greatly, and also, I'm getting less easily aroused by my own girlfriend whom I love and adore. I feel to embarrased and ashamed to discuss this with anyone so far, but it seems that porn is replacing my actual sex life.

Today is the day that I will stop making excuses, break this ridiculous addiction of mine and face my resentments, guilts and fears. This challenge will be thougher than anything done so-far, but as you all know: no pain, no gain.

From now one, I will join the fapstronaut army and I will act as one untill the 90 days are over.
