    I'm starting today. I cannot put a counter yet, but for me it starts on the 23rd of September. I'm hooked on sex chats and I want to quit that shit. I cannot do it on my own (I've tried, but I've always relapsed after a few days). I think I'll take it more seriously if I post my progress here.

    I tried to stop PMO through a self devised challenge , but I snapped awfully. Its my first day , and i look forward to keep up with the challenge. I know its gonna be really tough, but the amount of benefit and free time I'm gonna receive would be really valuable .

    Feeling good, about to get some productive work done. Had a few triggers come up today but I think I was able to call them out in my head. Hope everyone's having a good one!

    Keep on going, look at the bright side, from this you can actually get up stronger and learn from it. Sit down with yourself in a quite relaxing place and try to remember what has let you to fail, make sure you recall everything that led you to fail, than write them all down in a small paper or card, now you have a list of your enemy, which means you already know the enemy before the battle starts, so prepare for it and don't fall in the same trap again. Failing can be good for us so that we can get up much stronger than we were before. Remember, you failed the war, but you didn't lose the battle.

    Keep going and remember, whatever you feel, all of us here feel the same and fight the same fight, you just need to prove it to yourself, believe in yourself, and you will surely amaze yourself.

    Triggers are the worst! I read somewhere that it's helpful to literally call them out, like when you come across one and sense it be like "oh, this is a trigger. I'm not falling for this." Seems to be working so far. Keep at it man!

    I was brave enough to set up a 365-day counter in my signature :D
    I really hope I can make it. 31 days went by extremely fast, so I think its possible and I'm very happy we are here together in this battle! :mad:
    Other than I wrote before I can tell that 31 days nofap made me much more social. I attend as many events I can and I enjoy life finally.
    Someone used these excellent words on this forum before: "I don't feel detached from my body anymore!". I feel the exact same!
    Looking for more positive changes!

    Thanks! Now I'm on my second day. For me, like for many others, triggers are the worst. It's like you lose your will and you're compelled to do something that you know it's wrong. Scary stuff. The good news is we can reboot our brains.

    Day 4 here. For once I feel like I'm going to make it big this time. I'm pretty much free from porn. Last time I watched it, I was disgusted instead of being aroused. masturbation is the only hurdle left for me to cross and I have all the help I need to beat this vile habit.

    Day 7 for me.. been fairly busy the last couple of days and so haven't really struggled with it. I keep thinking of the positives that'll come from not PMOing over the long run and I'm just keen to experience it all. I remember a long time ago I had a 60+ period without PMO and all I remember was being happier and more effective! I aimed for 14 days but I'm gonna continue it till 30, then 90 then 120 :) :)

    Day 4 went really well for me, I kept myself busy all day long.
    Today, I went to a competitive audition and was able to focus and even talked to new people, great way to start another day.

    Huh! Completed my second day well and good. I had few triggers but didn't allow them to get better of me.. Started gym, met my friends , spent time with them and tried to be more social. Felt really good.
