Day 14. Really struggling today but hanging in there. I don't want to relapse. Going to exercise!

 

I'm in for doing this shit all my life. Count me in.

Ive been trying to quit for almost a year. I did 30 days but that was because i did a wilderness trip. When i got home i watched porn the first day. Really just want to quit this so i can get my confidence and sex life back. I would like to start asap

 

Little late to the race, but I'm in with three weeks down already!

 

Feeling pretty good, one week in, usually Day 8-10 is like the hardest part for me so wish me luck!

 

The 2 week period is really tough for me. Struggling a lot but hanging in there. Gotta get through this.
