Sometimes I am, but not every time.

 

I just relapsed. It was quick, but that doesn't mean it didn't happen. Starting day 0 again.

 

Keep going! Today is just another day!

 

11 days clean. Feeling more confident, emotions are rising to the surface and personal values and dignity are returning and taking priority. I feel like I am realigning with truth by living clean and honestly.

 

Yes!! 7 Days completed .. Feeling great

Changes I felt: I'm more polite to people, Waking up early morning, getting more energy at work.

Good. I'm pretty sure I'll have reached my longest streak (16 days) soon, if I haven't already. I won't be checking yet! How are you doing?
