There are lots of things which can please you other than M. We shouldn't be seeking pleasure. We should be seeking happiness. This doesn't mean we avoid things which are pleasing but we shouldn't just seek pleasure.

Sex is very pleasurable. But lots of us here have found it hasn't brought us happiness at all because we misused it.
