Its me again!!!

It is going to be almost a year of my nofap. During this long year I had relapsed about 8 times. The main benefit I am not watching porn anymore. My hairloss is stopped and Im noticing my hairline is restoring day by day , this means a lot for me. However I have some issue with pied, and my libido , they are still low. But I looking forward to get over them.
Sometimes I have flatline and depression.

My main goal is to improve , to be the better version of myself , to find a girl to make a family. I suffer PMO almost 14 years, 8 years of them I m struggling with pied and pmo, but I always believe that I m not this kind of person and dont deserve this dirty life.
I will do everything to recover guys , to chase my dreams. I love people and very friendly, once I made huge mistake and paid a lot for it!! My mom, dad and my relatives they dont know about this issue , I just want to say apologize !!!
