Porn blockers only work if you have the willpower not to reset your device and overcome them, as you have said. There is no completely fool-proof porn blocker that I am aware of, but I use Qustodio on child-mode and it is working for me. Of course, I could get around the passwords and reboot my devices, but what's the point?
