It's about that time

For the longest time now I've been thinking about nofap. Every time I finish I just lay there thinking "that wasn't fucking worth it". I've been going deeper down the porn rabbit hole over time, and it's been so long since I've been with a woman that I worry there's no coming back from the precipice I'm standing on.
