Dont look at twitter or even youtube when you are on urges, meditate, write about, work out, yoga or transmutation. I relapsed the Last two times cos of twitter
Thanks for sharing this. It's so easy to rationalize just one time, when you've been doing something basically your whole life it is like second nature. Good job staying strong and fighting through it. We get stronger each time we avoid relapse!
It's not worth it. Whenever you feel the urge, meditate on the loss that the sin/addiction is causing. Think about what you are sowing, that's what you will reap.
I’m at 10 days myself. I’m really trying to soak ip the nofap material, and looking at the whole cycle of the addiction. Good video about the cycle below so to me by my ocd therapist.
