Not meant to be a joke... I understand fapstronauts recommending that we completely stay away from touching ourselves and going on a sexual pleasure fast.... How about habitually scratching my balls and penis, without sexual thoughts?...I don't remember when I developed this bad habit, but even when there is no itch, I find myself reaching for my crotch..Could this be due to the addiction to masturbation in times past?
As long as you don't linger and have thoughts I don't think it would be terrible. I have no clue if it could be due to being addicted to masturbation in the past, some people may just scratch more often than others.
You gotta admit, the title sounds a bit comedic. If you're doing anything that provides artifical stimulation, that's bad. If you're scratching because you've got an itch, that's okay. If you're scratching because it's a habit, I'd refrain from that as well.
One of the ways I got involved with the fellowship was by reading some really great journals. I've included journals from all age groups, spiritual members, religious members, secular members, male and female. You should find journals that help. If not, look around, there are hundreds of others from which to choose. When I say "it works if you work it", reading journals is part of that work. Once you open a journal, click "Watch Thread" in the upper right of the page to get alerts when new posts are made.
