it’s all about ctrl

what’s up guys,
i know the name isn’t unheard of but it’s what i’m thinking of doing now whenever i get urges or triggers. you guys can call me RW. anyway, i’m here to change my life. i’m still young so i have the world ahead of me. i don’t like the way i am now and i know i have the power to change my life.
so i realized that it all starts in the Mind. it’s the only thing you can control.
don’t allow outside forces to change your thinking especially if you have iterated what you know is true.
now i’m beginning to think about inward vs outward. but i’ll leave that for next time. take care guys.
