Issues on the second round, first round is awesome

TLDR I have no problem with the first round, but on second round I have issues to stay hard or fuck with condom. Wondering if this is still PIED or if it is just my age (34 years) and thats a new reality. Anybody experienced same?

I PMO-ed about 4 days ago what was not great and I wish I didnt.
3 days ago and 2 days ago I just felt horny thinking about the girl that I should meet yesterday so I MO-ed both days just fantasizing about vanilla sex with her but without any porn, just with memories what I consider healthy.

Happened 3 times, I noticed the only way how to get erection back was to have lot of body to body contact and kiss passionately. When I or she was wanking me that was completely useless. Wow. I definitely can call that improvement. I spent with that girl almost 22 hours. We did 4 rounds during the night and fifth round the next day afternoon, afterwards I send her home. Surprisingly this morning when I woke up I even had a morning wood what is a good sign.
More details:
1st round - instantly hard with anything, no issues with condom
2nd round - very problematic, I was loosing the erection, the worst round
3rd round - I got hard due to cuddling and kissing, used XL condom that was much better then those tight ones. No loosing the erection.
4th round - again I need extensive cuddling and kissing.Fucked without coundom, and I was not loosing the erection.
