I haven't masturbated to porn in around 25 days, however I do still find the urge to look at pictures once in a while. I will stop my self when I realize this is happening. Usually its too late as my heart beat had already increased, etc. Does this have a impact on my recovery? I have K9 installed on my computer but it is only able to do so much.

I haven't been noticing been noticing any major improvements, rarely get morning wood, cannot masturbate without the use porn. Depression is still present a little bit, but not nearly as much, I am still tired all the time. I do still notice the chaser effect when my girlfriend and I fool around. We do not have sex though.

Should I reframe from fooling around with my girlfriend all together for the next 90 days? If so how should I address that conversation...

    Any comments would be awesome!

Hi man. I would refrain from looking at anything that would stimulate thoughts to sex/porn. But whatever your goal is, stick with it. I'm done looking at anything that is sexual in the least. I haven't deleted Facebook, but I have deleted some friends that are girls and they're wearing immodest clothing, which is a total trigger for me. It's not that I hate them or anything, I just hate my sexual thoughts and feelings that I get after I look at them in really showy clothing. I think it's best to stay away from anything that creates bad thoughts. It has been extremely hard for me, but I'm so much happier when I focus my thoughts on good things, like my family, school, religion, exercise, etc. I bet you're girlfriend will notice a change in you if you stay away from any type of pornographic image completely.

  3. Looking at certain things will have an impact on recovery, yes. Pictures and such are just going to make you weaker in the end. You might as well go all out instead of having one fit in and one foot out.

Fooling around with your girlfriend shouldn't effect you trying to stay away from PMO. That part is really up to you and how far you think you need to go with this personally.

    Thanks for the replies guys.

@reallygottastop I agree with what you are saying. I deleted my twitter and instagram a while ago because they were not helping me out at all. I just limit the people I have on my facebook as well. I will stop looking at pictures completely.

@AlltheRageBackHome Good point I should just stop all together.

I had some setback in the past few weeks. But I think I am slowing seeing improvements. I had sex with my girlfriend for the first time (twice) over the weekend. I was able to sustain an erection, however I feel I could have been a bit harder. But I did not let that get to my head. I have not have too many cravings to look at porn. I have a bit of a craving right now as I have been on my computer for a little bit working on a paper for school.
