Is This Relapse or Recovery?

I’m officially at Day 5 of my reboot. While I was in the shower, I was thinking of a time a friend had sent me a tasteful nude and noticed I was starting to get a physical response. It wasn’t 100%, but it was an erection. The photo wasn’t meant to strike arousal or be sexually suggestive in any manner, but upon seeing her I couldn’t help but to think about being with her.

I personally think this is NOT a relapse due to the fact that she is someone I’ve met on multiple [platonic] occasions, it wasn’t thoughts of porn, and I didn’t need to M to get turned on or erect.
