Is this really venous leak or pied?

Hello everybody,
Firstly I am sorry for my English I am not a native speaker.
I am 29 yo and having ed problems. I started p and m at 13-14 and watched for years.
I am having ed issues for past a few years and i went to doctor. He said lets do eswt and pshot and not even hand control or doppler and i went another doctor. I had done doppler test and during doppler could not get hard but i am taking 5mg pills daily and can get hard and morning woods. When mastuurbating i can not stay hard if i will not touching. My early 20s i did not have erection problems and i was being rough to my d while m. In doppler result doctor said you have Venous leak. But i have seen to many wrong results on the internet. I stopped taking pills and started nofap last week. This is my 7th day and flaccid after stop taking pills. Is it ok to take pills while nofap? Is this really VL do you guys have seen any wrong diagnoses? Also I have done blood test and all others there were not any problem. But in doppler i was very nervous. And I completed pshot and eswt last week.
