you should really hold off on any physical grip motions on the tool my friend. you need to gain your sensitivity back, wether you or a partner. from my experience and I'm sure of many others, hold off on O as well. sex is ok and fine a couple times when rebooting but don't over do it. O doing reboot for me felt like a relapse cause it spark and triggered old pmo times. goodluck brother.

If you want some help blocking sites I can help you out that, message me if interested. It has really helped me a lot since I blocked the sites. I changed the settings and then I had a family member set the passwrod so I couldn't change it and it makes rebooting that much easier
