    i've read that as you're getting better a sign would be to get hard from simple pics of girls(or guys) without shirt or only in bikinis, you know, soft stuff. What do you guys think ? Isn't it bad stimulation to your brain ?

    This might be a two sided blade on one side yes if you are getting good erections, but no because you are still training your brain to get aroused to a girl on a screen instead of a girl in front of you. From my experience the best way to cure pied is to remove all stimulus from the reboot such as all social media, Netflix, anything that might trick your mind.
