From what I've read from veteran these days..

reset : masturbation -> orgasm -> count to 0 again
replase : You are back on your bad behavior that cause your trouble

But people use relapse a lot, I do too because I personnaly don't take the NoFap as a game since I have really trouble coming from my porn addiction (deshumanisation, desociabilisation, pron induced ED), so everytime I have a behavior that I don't like / enjoy or that is contrary to what I qualify sane, I think it is a relpase.

If I catch myself masturbating after a 30 days pmo using my imagination to dream about a girl I like sucking my dick or having sex with, then I would considere this as a reset because it won't have any horse dick and people from my family or some other shit that ruin my sex life, if this time comes, I will considere this a perfectly sane and natural, so I will just reset my PMO count for the Masturbation and Orgasm part.
