Is this a relapse???

    So on this animal preserve picturrs on google i found a pic of a little girl holding animals. And i for a while for the past week when i see it i treat it as a trigger and look away. But today was different. So i decided it would be fine to see and see what it actually is and there were 2 pictures in one. So a pic of her and another both holding an animal. Idk why i keep obsessing over this i was just staring keep deciding if it is a trigger and she was kinda ugly lol and making a weird face it wasnt really a trigger. Im feeling very guilty about this, Once again and want to know if its a relapse.

    Looking at a female in a normal situation isn't a trigger. The only way I would change that is if the picture is excessively revealing (bathing suit, underwear, etc.) Considering you used the phrase, "little girl," if that's the case, please go see a psychologist immediately for help. Otherwise, no, there's not any evidence based on what you said. It's okay and you should interact with females normally. That's not triggering.

    To be honest, as long as you don´t start PMOing and get back on track without getting horny all over the place, there is no chance of considering it a "reset" and especially not a "relapse".

    If we want to make NoFap a lifestyle, we have to learn how to handle randomly appearing pictures, even extreme ones.
