Is there any hope?

So last night I was with the love of my life and she told me she wanted to start a family and that she wants me to have my way with her. As I feared, I couldn't get it up for some reason even though we had sex two days ago. I am so confused and I do not know if I just have pied or if I am permanently damaged. This is honestly the lowest point of my life and I need to know if this whole NoFap thing cures Pied. I have been on the self improvement train for quite a while and all other aspects of my life have gotten better, but this pied still exists. Can anyone please tell me if this gets better with time? For some context, by the way, I am a fit 22 year old dude who has been pmoing for about a decade.
