Im 19 yrs old and i have strugle not just pmo but my hair tooo that make me low self esteem ,i have this receiding hairline like M bald area in my front is like begita in Dragon Ball And i think its because pmo that i do a lot and smoking habbit,but now isince i quit smoke i want a quit pmo too,i start shampooing and conditioning my hair that i used not too years ago and i realise that i got really bad hair and i want to take care of ti while i still got time and i think its star getting better now and i also use this kirkland minoxidill for about 1 and half month and its start progressing,its there somebody got this same problem too ?is this because pmo that makes my hair receiding so early at this age? Do u have the same hair problem too?i have once read that pmo makes the amount of DHT goes high ,and DHT is the kind a that makes our hair not grow or balding
Im receding like Dracula very very slowly. But I think it's just stress and worry more than past heavy pmo.

Fro What I have read nicotine plays a part in it. Stimulants in general play a big part with hair loss.
Idk if PMO caused that but I've read plenty of stories of fapstronauts claiming that NoFap has helped them a lot with their hair growth.
