    Last night i was abit horny, i ended up rubbing my own nipples... I didn't pay attention to relapse stuff then instantly doubt came to my mind. Does it count as relapse?

    If you’re so cynical, then maybe do your homework, and work on your own problems, without inviting other people to answer your questions for you.

    No, disrespect but for a day streak, it's not wisely when it comes to judgement, cause they haven't been experience in that situation.

    It could be at "1 day streak" after lots of longer streaks, so it could be more experienced than you. Who knows?

    you ruined 283 streaks? that literally a huge set back, almost like you returned to being addicted. Which lose all process, Okay i came to my own conclusion and the help from other who streak was over a year, it mostly a huge slipped up instead of relapse, it was literally p-sub, i admitted but it not that worse since i did not touch myself. If i ever search stuffs again, i will immediately count as relapse. I have been expose worsen than that, so this one just a normie.

    That's why streaks is important when it comes to judgment with wisely decision, no disrespect man, 283 days? that's great, how the hell u relapsed over almost a year?
