Is masturbation harmful?

Porn is harmful. Always.

Masturbating without porn: is harmful for your energy levels and psychological wellbeing if you do it too much. 'Too much' is a vague term and is different for everybody.

It mainly depends on your age. I am 22 y/o and I think that wanking once every 10 days is the absolute maximum. Today, it has been 28 days since my last orgasm and I'm feeling extremely good.

Maybe you should try to stop for a month, see how you feel and then make your own conclusions...

 

Note that I'm just a random person on the internet. Just an opinion:

I don't think there is nothing wrong with masturbation when done in moderation.
Things start to get messy when not done in moderation ... and that's when addiction kicks in. But it's definely possible to masturbate in a healthy way.

( I went to the website you provided, and i saw that it was religion-related. I, myself, am not religious, but i respect anyone who is. But i can bet that their view on religion might be affecting their view on masturbation )

P.S.: I don't know if you're religious, but bear in mind that some people might say that masturbation is evil because of their religion...

If you read something like that, search for scientific proof, don't just believe in them !

In conclusion, i think there is nothing wrong with it WHEN DONE IN MODERATION ! That's the most important part of it all

 

I have been addicted for a long time and believe I'm now coming free free from the addiction. I am experiencing great benefits from not doing it and realise I had become used to feeling absolutely crap much of the time from this addiction. I personally never want anything to do with it again, certainly not alone anyway. I may well slip at times but that's my intention anyway. Being part of a sexual experience in a relationship may
be differant, not even sure
about that though. Having said that I couldn't control it for many years and so if someone feels they need legitimate sexual release that's not compulsive or addictive, who am I to judge. I can only go by my experience and how I feel about it now
