Is it really loneliness or my mind

    I don't know why but it feels like my mind is against me in the afternoons. It all starts at 11 in the morning and till 3:30 in the afternoon when I don't feel like working and during these time periods I am lonely all the time. But I have also found that even when someone is by my side I tend to slip during these time intervals. I can't do anything about my loneliness but I really don't know why my mind is backfiring me.



    Anyone, please help me with it.

    Silent, without words.
