I used to fap every day from last (I don't even remember the number of days), but then one day I took a 30 fap-free days challenge. But on 5th day my brain was into saxual thoughts the entire day, then I thought I NEED to fap to get these thoughts away. is it wrong?

You ask this if this was a moral question: "Is this okay/wrong?" If you consider porn/masturbation to be morally wrong, then yes, it is, but in that case you probably wouldn't be asking, as the answer would be clear anyway. Thus, I suppose you are doing this to break your addiction. In that case, however, the question shouldn't be if masturbation is wrong, but if it might inhibit for your recovery, or: which is the way to gain best results in the long run.

Most people here recommend going complete cold turkey. The idea is that masturbation doesn't make things easier for you (by "releasing the pressure"), but harder (because you will always crave more and more). There are some exceptions. Also remember that people are different.

In any case I can tell you for now that you are still deep down in the automatic behavior of the addict and experiencing the "chaser effect", which is an increased desire to fap that builds up for a few days after you did it for the last time. It is a withdrawal symptom. You are experiencing withdrawal symptoms for the first time, and when you fap them away now, they will just return stronger the next time. My clear recommendation to you is to go cold turkey as long as you can in the beginning of your journey. Get through these first two weeks, which would already be a timespan you could really be proud of as an addict. Get through that first month, which might feel really surprising to you because you hardly believe you'll be able to take that. From there, you can see where to go, but it might indeed be best to go for the full first 90 days, which is a quarter of a year, and longer than you could probably imagine abstaining now. But there are so many people here who did it, including myself, who is at almost 200 days as of today (so I am speaking from experience here). Go long enough and hard enough so you know all these little ups and downs in your craving and develop strategies how to cope with them.

Wish you a lot of success. And welcome!

  5. Hi bro, that is not going to help you in any way. You'll end fapping just as much as you did before sooner or later. That is one of the minds trick to get you to give in. Don't let those rationalizations get to you bro. Keep going. The pain and discomfort of quitting is only temporary. All or nothing

If you have thoughts you don't want, immerse yourself into another subject or, even better, another activity. That would be true of anything you are withdrawing from. A smoker that wants to stop imbibing nicotine will crave a cigarette, just as any drug addict will crave heroin, cocaine or an alcoholic that NEEDS a drink to make his thoughts go away. But the inclination to repeat those behaviours are deeply rooted in the addiction. :( The same is true of porn and masturbation.
This is expressed very well. I agree with @Headspace that by masturbating you will increase the urges to watch porn. :(
