Is hypersomnia a sign for something

Hello friends,
I am addict to porn and masturbation, i was used to sleep not more than six hours daily, although they say that masturbation deprives man power, i was masturbating at least 4 times daily.
since i quit Pmo, i find my self sleeping about ten hours at night, and one or two hours afternoon. I don't feel sleepy during day, i need only to know if this is a sign of healing or is it a escape technique from my mind cause i am not obeying him.
