Hello Guys, I am asking about it in the background of triggers - as you possibly know in some work areas there are a lots of triggers - IT programmers, constructors and E-commerce fashion. How do you deal with triggers at your work area? Its difficult to just skip it if related to our job.
I don't understand why IT programmers have lots of triggers. Just because we stare at our computer screen for at least 8 hours per day it does not mean we open porn... Just kidding. I understand. For me. since I am quite busy anyway, I don't have much time browsing lewd stuffs. The triggers for me are those nsfw thread on reddit, nsfw meme, and all of those sexy pics on Instagram. I use my smartphone to access all of that.
