Is "hardmode" really that hard?

Yes, it was hard during the 1st few days since my addiction was on a different level. I kept getting strong sexual urges that wouldn't give me peace of mind but I just decided to keep at it about the 3rd day I started experiencing mild flatline symptoms. Loss of interest in video games, anime, checking out hot girls. (The usual things I do to keep me occupied.) Also, I noticed I start becoming attracted to a girls personality instead of just seeing them as some sex object for the very 1st time in a while. I think it's due to me longing for a spiritual connection rather than a quick dopamine fix. I am only on my 5th day now so sorry I can't give much information.
