    If i take 10 as what I’ve heard schizophrenia or pure O are like i might say about a six. I’ve had a lot of intrusive thoughts in my opinion, certainly a lot of thoughts that i was very uncomfortable with.

    For now they are very strong and I have to try to take a break from everything, I'm afraid of doing something that gets me into trouble. I'd say 7 and a half, I can still resist.
