I'm living Tokyo in Japan. I research how to improve my life and my style for job every day. Most important thing is concentration for a long time. PMO unconsciously damage my ability badly as you know. I'm terrifically pleasent to find the obstacle to develop my life.
Good luck to you. You are correct. Concentration/focus is critical to achieving many goals. Consistency and discipline may be even more important on a macro scale. When I think of giving in I remind myself of the critical role discipline plays and how disciplined individuals are very much in a league of their own.
