    19M, started fapping at the age of 14 Since then never stopped.from past 2 years I have been trying to quit porn and fapping, always relapsed.my personal best is 7 days. I already removed all the triggers, but it's now become an addiction. even if I don't want to do it I end up doing it and then regreting. Post nut has now became very tough for me as after fapping my anxieties are activated heavily (I think OCD) I feel frustrated over myself.i am preparing for medical entrance exam and this habbit is pulling me back , wasting my time and I am not able to focus. I really want to get over this .this is my first time I am asking for help and getting to a community. I hope I will be able to get over this soon as my exam is nearing (125days). I go to gym to release my energy but as I said it's not helping I accept I am addicted and I want to stop it. I want to love myself again trust myself again .

    You got a great goal to have, passing this exam, and 4 months. That’s a great way of starting a plan with a project that is important to you. Remember every day, every morning you wake up to think of this goal, think on your ideal day, what are you going to do, what are you going to study. Have stuff related with the medical career of you liking around you, posters, etc. Keep talking with experienced people. I believe that having such a goal will be a powerful motivator for you to get over this addiction. Also think of all the help you can provide, we need more doctors that can help other guys like us to fall prey on the bad information everywhere on porn and masturbation. You have a great mission.
