    Hey, I am just 14-year-old porn addict. I don't know what to do I started this nofap challenge in May 2020 and till now my highest streak is 14 days. Yesterday I was on day 10 of nofap and relapsed miserably. Yesterday I relapsed and today i again jerked off. Please someone help me. Please! I don't want to die jerking offf

    Hi, i am too 14-year-old yes i started fapping (you know what i meant) in the first month of 2020. yes and i feel depressed every time i fap. i started nofap on august 6 my highest streak was 6 days my urges they are killing me. can we help each other? waiting for your response

    Actually finding the triggers and eliminating it is the best. Actually my triggers are Reddit and instagram And online classes. I feel so bored attending the classes that I start seeing insta and then if I have some urges I completely lose my mind and start seeing reddit and finally follow my routine (pmo).

    i dont know much about fapping, but quitting social media is the best way not to relapse. take example for instagram when you see any type of (nude) type photos your urges start increasing. initially you try to edge and then relapse. everytime i just want to edge but end up fapping it. it's our addiction towards p. it take long time to stop p
