Once upon a time, there was a young man named Jack who was 21 years old. Jack had a difficult childhood, he grew up in a broken family where his parents would fight constantly, and eventually, they got divorced when he was only 10 years old. Jack was left to live with his mother, who was always busy with work and barely had time for him. When Jack was 13 years old, he stumbled upon pornography while browsing the internet. At first, he was just curious, but soon he found himself addicted to the endless stream of graphic content. Pornography became his escape from the loneliness and pain he felt inside. Every time he felt down, he would turn to porn to numb his emotions. As Jack grew older, his addiction to porn became worse. He would spend hours upon hours watching porn, neglecting his schoolwork and his personal relationships. He had no friends, and he would often skip classes to stay at home and watch porn. His mother had no idea what was going on with him, and Jack was too ashamed to tell her. Jack's addiction to porn started to take a toll on his mental and physical health. He became depressed, anxious, and isolated. He had trouble sleeping, and he lost his appetite. He was constantly tired and had no energy to do anything else but watch porn. His addiction even affected his sexual life, and he found himself struggling to have an erection when he was with a real partner. Jack knew that he needed to stop watching porn, but he didn't know how. He tried to quit several times, but he always relapsed. He felt trapped and hopeless, and he couldn't see a way out of his addiction. One day, Jack stumbled upon a support group for porn addiction. He was hesitant at first, but he decided to give it a try. He found himself surrounded by people who understood what he was going through and who wanted to help him. Jack realized that he wasn't alone, and that he had the power to overcome his addiction.

and yes this Jack is me, My real name does not matter but my story does!
