Today I decided enough is enough and that it is time for me to make a change. I have tried so many times to stop and have been successful for varying time frames. I am LDS (Mormon) and obviously PMO as you guys call it, is looked upon as a sin. This is not the only reason I am wanting to stop. I have seen the negative effects it has had on my life. Whether you think it's a sin or not, there are great benefits for stopping. For the last year I may have PMO'ed (is that how you say it?) like 2-3 times every other month my most recent PMO being today. I can't seem to get it completely out of my system. For this reason I am here and I am ready to put it in the past and begin my new life. Please let me know of any strategies that may help!!!
