Hi! My name is Paulo. I'm a brazillian guy starting to leave some addictions I have for a long time. As my worse addiction is masturbating to some materials I see on internet, I'm joining this Forum to get some ideias to know what to do about it. I really want to be a better person. But since when I was 13, I couldn't pass two weeks without doing this. And I know how much this problem causes a variety of other problems in our lives.
