Hi I am a 20 year old boy. I started watching porn at the age of 14. Earlier,it felt good and I didn't knew about the side effects of masturbating and pornography. After doing research I found it has a bad effect on brain.it changes the patterns of brain.i have become skinny over the years.and I used to have a shiny face which is now dull.I have tried to leave my habit by reading many books but got back into relapsing.now I came here to deal with this problem.
