Hello, 39m here with a severe P problem. Looking to change that to improve my quality of life and my marriage. Here’s hoping to a new me in the near future.
It’ll be a rough journey so I’m not going to sugar coat it. But you’ll notice changes once you get steaks built up. Start with P and get rid of it first then work on MO and try to reduce the frequency as much as possible. That’s my two cents for what it’s worth. Good luck! Enjoy the ride and stay strong!
@OneAdam12 That’s great advice, I tried this and it helped me, I found out getting control of the mine was better then the body. Due to hormones control of body is more difficult. Also p it’s like crack
