Hi I’m Mack. 31 y/o male. I’ve joined to forum because I’ve been struggling with porn and sex addiction. It has negatively impacted my relationship with my wife, my work life, and my self esteem. I’m looking to get my addiction under control. I do see a talk therapist and a psychiatrist. I also deal with depression, panic attacks, and personality disorder. Im glad there are others that know what im dealing with. Thanks for reading!
