intro to NoFap

So I've been a fap addict for 8 years and it's got to the point that I can't talk to girls anymore without thinking about them in a demeaning manor, I've lost relationships over this issue, and it only makes me feel more alone when ever I mess up, I'm beginning to fear that this won't change. I was initially introduced to pornography in 7th grade by a not so good friend, and not knowing what it was, I was curious, well curiosity killed the cat well it did worse to me .
