Interviews with Extraordinary people Keypoints

Discussion in 'Self Improvement' started by Vincent Awareness 2 Porn, Dec 9, 2016.

  1. Hey there.

I'm the founder of Addiction Free Warrior Podcast.

Recently I had the chance to talk to some extraordinary entrepreneurs & life coaches.

That's why I really wanted to share with you the Keypoints I took away from them.

    1. Nothing lasts forever
Whatever dark, hopeless, depressing place you are in right now, it won’t last forever.

There is a sunny day out there in the horizon. There is always something you can do to dig yourself out of the rut you’re in and make your life better.

Practice self-awareness. Figure out what is holding you back, and why you are holding on to it. Are you running away from something?

Once you figure this out, have the courage to let go of it.

    1. Believe in yourself
Limiting beliefs prevent us from living our dream life.

The best way to overcome them is to truly believe in yourself. You can do it; anybody can.

Look at Nick Vujicic, for example, the inspiring man who has no arms or legs. Think of all the adversities this guy has had to overcome in life. He is now an evangelist and an inspiring motivational speaker and is making a huge impact globally.

You can do it too. You can achieve your goals.

Open your eyes and your mind, and see who you truly are. You are enough, and yes, you can make that change. You just need to have that unwavering self-belief.

    1. Take action now
No-one but yourself can change your behavior. Nobody can do it for you. You have to put in the effort yourself.

Quit looking for the easy way out. Take life head-on and start plowing through and implementing action.

Reframe the way you speak to an action-oriented mindset. Instead of saying, “I WANT TO do XYZ,” start saying, “I WILL do XYZ.”

If you want to do something, do it now. There is no such thing as the perfect or right time. The only time is now.

Once you’ve decided you are implementing change in your life, be vulnerable enough to share it with people you trust who will act as your accountability partner.

    1. Falling does not equal failing.
    Just because you’ve relapsed doesn’t mean you’re a failure.

We all make mistakes. Nobody is perfect. Pick yourself up and continue where you left off.

Every time you fall or relapse, that’s a learning opportunity to understand who you are. Take that opportunity and change yourself.

Learn to be okay with what happened in your past because you can’t go back and change it.

Our time on this earth is finite. Time is flying and you’ll never get it back. Instead of sitting there wasting time worrying and beating yourself up about it, realize that you’ve made a mistake and just start implementing action again.

    1. Be grateful
The more grateful you are, the happier you become. Practice positive self-talk and gratitude as often as you can.

Every day when you wake up, be thankful. Life is a gift, and there is so much to be thankful for.

Tell yourself you are a master of your craft, you are empowering, and any other affirmations that make you feel confident and great about yourself.

    Breaking Free Round

    • What is holding back man from breaking free from their addictions? Self-awareness, limiting beliefs, and not taking action.
    • What have you replaced addiction with? Fitness, nutrition and impacting other people’s lives, sharing my story and being vulnerable
    • What is the number one mindset to break free from addiction? Fix those limiting beliefs. Stop looking for the easy way out and identify your mistakes
    • What does the word addiction mean to you? Slavery and suffering
    • What is the biggest question man has to ask himself on addiction and why? Is it really worth it? You have one life to live, you have very limited time on this earth to make an impact, why are you wasting it on something that doesn’t benefit you?

I'm seeing this as well. There's COUNTLESS celebrities that have utilized the power of their minds to become great..I believe jay z said: talent isn't given its recognised. But I've been doing more and more thinking and i directly see how this correlates with the law of attraction. We focus on something with no doubt and get the outcomes. It won't always go our way but its progress and a step further! Success is a mindest!

  4. Yeah that's awesome!

How will you utilise this knowledge and turn it into action?

Thanks for asking, since its not so much common knowledge as it is a natural unnoticed difference. For me not much will change besides my attitude on life for now,and il reap the rewards from that as I focus on having a financially stable future. In this day and age, people are living their dreams making money doing it yet we're scared to travel the world or leave our 9-5 and pursue what makes us happy. The powers in control know this..sexual energy is everything,in fact most geniuses were "celibate" there's plenty of books on this but its basically sexual transmutation. When we stop wasting our seed we want to put "our seed"(productivity) out into the world. Nothing can stop us. We are greater than we're lead to believe..there's also a reason everywhere we look you see sex. Its the force that drives the world. I wouldn't be here typing relaying my knowledge to you without it(obv) haha. Appreciate the question though as its constantly on my mind..I've seen many a Fapstronaut become a greater version of themselves! If you haven't you should check out the: my friends godmode thread. Another living proof

What I was referring to wasn't my journal but I did recently make one! I never had a porn addiction. I'm coming from a masturbation tendency I wouldn't say addiction. But I feel better without...if u don't mind me asking..do u still engage in solo sexual without porn? Or is that eliminated as well? Also CONGRATS on your successes! I'm blown away, you went from a boy to a man and had the balls to do it cold turkey regardless of the setbacks! Real man right there!!:cool:

I always thought being a "real man" meant a Y chromosome and testosterone.
