    Hi, i'm 18 years old i've been trying to quit for the last year and a half but i take long breaks between relapses but today i decided to try out the nofap challenge now i'm looking forward to quit masturbation and pornography forever. I want to know if this has any negative effects on my life and health and what to expect.

    There is no negative effects bro, only benefits which will make you’re life a lot more easier to live, with no guilt, no sin, not dependent on a screen to feel pleasure, and surely you’ll start to feel the benefits with time. Good luck :)
