I made some dinner for friends who are going on a cruise and did not want to go shopping or cook the evening before going.
So today so far I've vacuumed upstairs, done the recycling, and just did my workout which was: Bunch of assisted chin-ups (didn't count) Then a few assisted pull-ups 3 sets of dumbbell rows 3 sets of squats 3 sets of hammer curls 3 sets of bicep curls 3 sets of across the chest bicep curls 3 sets of pushups 3x 60 second planks 3x 30 second beginner L-sits Feelsgoodman. Going to grab a post-workout meal now, watch some Walking Dead, and then meditate for a while.
Im a drummer, and I wanted to learn the drums to machine head - who we are So I listened to the song, then listened again this time air drumming. Now I can play it for real. I think I have some kind of gift with music. I teach myself purely by listening.
for me the choice is slackline, it's really calming and if you will walk on it for long enough you'll get tired too.
I wrote down on a paper "best memories are made out of the house doing things, so if you have stay inside, make it count and be sure you improved yourself". I'm still in school so i have schoolwork to do. When I used to be at home I used to fap a lot. Now with the new mindset I say if you stay at home it has to be worth it. So now, I either do something productive at home or I go out there and enjoy life! This weekend for instance I went to a theme park on a double date, before nofap I would not have had to guts to even set up such a double date. During the week I go to the gym alot or go socializing with friends.
Joined a gym and trying to go at least 4 times/week. Went to the gym yesterday and want a break today, so I'm going to a mindful meditation class for the first time. It's 3-hours which seems a little long, but I think I can blow out early without missing anything.
I really need to starting regularly working out/running. I've found that running really helps to take my mind off of daily stresses and allows me to focus on only one thing, RUNNING!
I've found that running REALLY helps me mentally with keeping things off my mind and just being able to focus on one thing helps to center me.
