Not sure where to put this thread, so I'll park it here. It's brief. All my many relapses have come as a result of using Instagram and many other people's experience on here is the same. Do not, under any circumstances, keep it on your devices if you are serious about stopping. At best, it's a PSub, at worst soft P.
I got this advice from @Strength And Light I have to monitor Instagram for work. It seems to work. But if it wasn't for work, I'd delete it.
