Initiating my reboot via fasting. A good/bad idea?

    I'm just beginning my reboot today and the thought came to me that the first few days may well be extremely difficult in a physiological sense. The actual, physical withdrawal symptoms. I'm considering a 48 hour fast from food to distract my mind from the PMO urges and instead help clear out toxins and allow my body to worry about the fact that it's not going to be fed solid food for the next couple days. Juicing and water only.
    Has anyone ever tried this before? My initial thought is that this could be quite useful in achieving success. Any thoughts?

  3. It's a good way of realizing that pmo is totally unnecessary to survive, that's for sure. So I'd encourage your fast. Nowadays I only do intermittent fasting, but any kind of fast is beneficial if you ask me. Shouldn't be overdone though (to the point of fainting).
