Increased Awareness Everyday

  1. First of all, i dont know often people post forums and my b if im posting to much recently lol

I have noticed, on 10th day, an increase of awareness and better motivation. First of all I had this criminal charge, nonviolent misdeameanor, lingering around but i finally got it done. 4 months late but still. I woke up and thought fuck it lets go to court and get this figured out.

Also Ive noticed girls more for the little things they do, personalities, etc. So for example, before i would only really notice their face, butt, and breasts. Shameful but true. I still do once in a while at the gym with little cleavage lol

But now im noticing when i'm around them they play with their hair (anybody knows if this is being nervous??). This one wouldn't stop staring at me in this extra credit lecture. like STARING . I looked back and she was like daydreaming, idk. it was weird but cool at the same time. Im much more comfortable being near them in public and not get to nervous, just calm presence. ALthough i still wouldn';t know how to spark a convo at different situations.

But it is my 10th day of no PMO. Anybody got hints. Well i actually posted this to tell people my improvement within 10 days for inspiration or whatever.

Glad that you are feeling better.

You might consider beginning a journal in the journals section for ages 20-24. You can post daily or more often, reporting on how you are doing. It gives you a record of your reboot, and it allows others to follow you and give suggestions. You are not posting too much, but you are starting a lot of threads that will be lost after a few posts. By putting them in one journal, they don't get lost. Each individual's reboot is unique, but there are similarities, so we can learn from each others' processes.
