Inadvertent high no PMO streak?

When I was in school one time, I felt a huge wave of pleasure and happiness. It felt so good I could barely even walk. It hit me like a truck. Could I have inadvertently went on a high streak without even realizing it? I made friends, had energy, went places, and overall improvement of my life out of nowhere. I don't know if it was because I went on a high streak and didn't even realize it or if other factors were involved. Anybody else have similar stories?
