In this for the long hall

After a few relapses, I realized I just have to stop. I can't keep fighting this anymore. There was a time where I was okay without it, and there will be a time like that again. The only true psychological trick I know to break habits is to replace them with others - hopefully better. I'll solve this and I'll break the cycle.
