Improving after addiction PE

Hello,

Did anyone had a real PE problem in their life?
I think this is natural after getting rid of PMO addiction.
How do you improve your sex life?

I did a lot of research on PE and how to fix it, there's a lot of ways but I still can't make it work.

I don't have a partner in my life atm and I think this is the reason for that, because I need to get the confidence back!

Any real life advice?
