    No i go to deffrent ostopathy doctor who said may it mental He relase large cramp in my Pelvic floor what New in my situation now


    I can have erection when i sleep on my Back and bend my leg
    My doctor drscrib That i relax my prlvic floor becouse i heavely nervouse and my symbthatic nerve system is always active
    He said may be my only cure is nofap becouse i did not add stress to my nerve system and made him forget abour HF
